Delivery and shipping Costs
Shipping:
Delivery of the purchased goods is done within 21 days of payment. It Is possible to do so in advance, but you must contact us by email at shop@knagars.com. If This is the case and the goods will be available in advance, the shipment will be processed as determined by the seller with the buyer.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Once the shipment is delivered, the delivery will be completed at an estimated time:
Poland: 1-2 working days
Europe: 1-5 working days
Rest of the World: 1-7 working days
Additional transit time may occur when shipping to coastal islands, as well as items delayed in customs clearance.
Local Taxes:
Please Note that local import charges and taxes may still apply to international orders. We have No control over these fees and we are unable to predict what they may be. We Advise you to contact your local Customs office for further information. These Taxes are borne by the customer.
Shipping Method and costs:
We Ship from Monday to Friday by DHL, UPS, Fedex and Poczta Polska. Based on Your needs and schedule, we will choose The best method. All packages have a tracking number so you can track the package. After sending your order, you will receive an email containing your shipment number and estimated delivery time. For Countries not listed in the shipment list, we will provide a suitable shipping method.
